IS THERE A CHARGE FOR ADULTS?

We allow one adult free with each paid child admission.  Additional adults are $6, except for spectators who are attending a birthday party.  Spectators attending a party are free.  (They still need to sign a waiver and wear shoe covers.)

can i drop off my child to play?

All children must be supervised by an adult or person 18 years of age or older.  Parents and caregivers must stay on the premises.  You are responsible for your child/children at all times.  We do not provide daycare services.

are adults allowed to play?

Yes!  Adults are encouraged to play with their children on our play structure.

how long can my child play?

Admission includes unlimited play time. 

are socks required?

Yes, in order to keep our play area as clean as possible, we require everyone, including adults, to wear non-skid grip socks.  We offer grip socks for sale, but you are welcome to bring in your own pair.  Purchased socks can be brought in to wear on subsequent visits.  Non-playing spectators attending a birthday party must wear shoe covers, which will be provided.

why are grip socks required?

For safety reasons, non-skid grip socks are required to avoid slips and falls while in the facility.  The flooring in the parent area can be slippery when wearing regular socks. 

can i bring in outside food?

We do not allow outside food or drink in our facility, except during scheduled birthday parties.  Outside food and drinks at parties must be consumed in the party room.

can i enter the play area without signing a waiver?

No. All persons, including adults, must sign a waiver before entering the playground.

how long is my waiver good for?

Waivers are valid for three (3) years.

how often do you sanitize your play equipment?

We are committed to the health and safety of our guests and employees.  High touch areas will be sanitized throughout the day, and thorough sanitizing of all play equipment will be performed each night.

is there free wi-fi available?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi to our guests.

how many times can i visit with a membership?

You can visit the playground for unlimited play during all open hours.

does my membership have blackout dates?

No, we do not have any blackout dates for memberships unless there is a special event in the playground.  Memberships do not include admission to birthday parties.  We reserve the right to close the playground for private events.  Notice of these events will be posted in advance on our website and on our social media pages.

how do i activate my membership?

To activate a membership, a legal guardian or parent will need to sign a waiver and place a form of payment on file.  The waiver can be signed online, but your payment method must be processed at the facility.

does everyone in my family need a membership?

Yes, each membership is on an individual basis.  In order to play, each child will require their own membership.  Memberships are non-transferrable, and you cannot share your membership with anyone.

can i use my membership to participate in a birthday party?

No, you cannot use your membership to attend a birthday party.

do i have to sign a waiver?

Yes, everyone who is entering the facility must have a valid waiver on file and be checked in at the front desk (including non-participants).  Guests must be 18 years or older to sign a waiver.  If you are under 18 years old, a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.  Waivers are valid for three (3) years.

when will i be billed for my membership?

You are billed every 30 days on the calendar date of your activation.  For example, if you activate your membership on November 12th, your card will be charged on the 12th of each month. This is a recurring charge. 

can i pay cash for my membership?

Monthly memberships require a valid credit or debit card.  Cash payments are not accepted for the recurring program.

when does my membership expire?

Your membership never expires as long as you wish to remain active.  You may cancel at any time at least 10 days before your next payment.

can memberships be purchased at the playground?

Yes, memberships must be purchased in person at the front desk.

how many guests can i have at my party?

Our standard party rooms (Party Package #1 – Lions Den and Monkey House) will seat 16 people at the party table and has additional seating for 20 people.  Maximum number of guests in the Lions Den or Monkey House is 36.  If you expect more than 36 people at your party, our extra-large party room (Party Package #2 – Elephant Room) will seat 32 people at the party table and has additional seating for 40 people.  Maximum number of guests in the Elephant Room is 72.

do you require a deposit to reserve a party?

Yes, a $100 deposit is required to book a party.  We accept all major credit cards or cash.

what is your refund policy?

A deposit of $100 is required to book a party.  Cancellations more than 6 weeks before your party date are eligible for a full refund.  Cancellations between 2 and 6 weeks notice will be accommodated with a date and time adjustment.  If you are not sure of the rescheduled date, we will hold the deposit for six months from original date of party.  Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will forfeit the full deposit.

can i bring my own food for my party?

Yes, you may bring whatever food you wish, but all outside food must be consumed in the party room.  We only allow single-serve bottled drinks and juice pouches in our facility.  This will minimize the chances of a spill from a cup with no lid.

can i bring decorations for my party?

Yes, you may bring your own decorations and set up for your party.  Glitter, confetti, and slime are NOT allowed.

what should i bring on the day of my party?

Birthday cake, cupcakes or other dessert, cake cutter, candles, and lighter.  Food if you wish (or we can order pizza if you prefer).  You can bring a cooler with extra single-serve drinks for your guests.
